Atlassian wanted a portal that was intuitive, visually engaging, and available to a wide range of users. A space that could accommodate everyone, from seasoned Confluence experts, to casual users, to keen newcomers.

To bring their vision into reality, Atlassian required specialized apps that could simplify user interactions, upgrade the usability of the Partner Portal, and enhance its overall design.

Atlassian’s technical team turned to Caelor for a solution. By integrating our apps Optics and Pulse, Atlassian was able to reshape its Partner Portal into a user-friendly, dynamic, and inclusive environment. The Partner Portal can now effectively meet the needs of all Atlassian partners, not just the advanced users.

More Intuitive, Streamlined Navigation

Using Optics and Pulse, Atlassian was able to restructure the News section and simplify the overall navigation of the Partner Portal. Users can follow a simple, intuitive path to find relevant information. The revamped portal allows both Solution Partners and Marketplace Vendors to easily access the resources they need.

Providing Greater Inclusivity

Right from the start of the project, Caelor focused on making the Partner Portal more inclusive so that it could better serve Atlassian’s diverse audience. Our apps ensured everyone, regardless of their technical background or role, could easily navigate and interact with the platform. The Partner Portal is available to staff at any level of the company hierarchy. Everyone from marketing managers to developers, salespeople, service agents etc. can log onto the Partner Portal and easily access the resources they need. 

Simplifying Interfaces to Enhance Usability

Atlassian was aware that the Partner Portal could be difficult to operate. We set about improving the portal’s usability with simplified interactions and quicker access to key features.
